This Privacy Policy describes how SquaredR ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Ravi Ranjan, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit squaredr.tech (the "Site"), purchase our products, or use our services. Analytics providers: Such as Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar tools to understand Site usage. Data is anonymized where possible.
Form processors: Such as Formspree, to handle contact form submissions securely.
Hosting providers: Such as Vercel, for serving the Site and processing requests.

All third-party service providers are required to protect your data and may only use it for the specific purposes we have engaged them for.

5. Data Retention

Contact and newsletter data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 12 months to provide support and follow up, then deleted.
Transaction records: Retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (typically 7 years as required by Indian tax law).
Analytics data: Retained in anonymized/aggregated form. Personally identifiable analytics data (IP addresses) is retained for no more than 26 months.
Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

When data is no longer needed for any legitimate purpose, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
