01What I collect
When you use the contact form on this site, I collect your name, email address, and the message you write. When you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect your email address. That is it. No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics scripts, no fingerprinting.
02Why I collect it
To reply to your message, to send you the newsletter you signed up for, and to understand — in aggregate — how many people visit the site. I do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles.
03Cookies
This site uses one cookie to remember your theme preference (dark or light mode). No analytics cookies. No advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
04Third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Emails are sent through Resend. Each of these services has their own privacy policy. I have chosen them because they do not track visitors for advertising purposes.
05Data retention
Contact form submissions are kept until the conversation is resolved, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time — the link is in every email. After unsubscribing, your email is removed from the list within 48 hours.
06Your rights
You can ask me to delete any data I have about you. You can ask me what data I have. You can ask me to stop processing it. Email privacy@squaredr.tech and I will handle it personally. No support tickets, no automated responses.
07Open-source packages
The npm packages I publish (FieldCraft, PayKit, etc.) do not collect any data. They run entirely in your application. No telemetry, no phone-home, no usage tracking. The code is MIT-licensed and you can verify this yourself.
